4 Years Old.

I decided to take Blake's 4 year pictures...'as-is'. He dressed himself (he loves his 'camera' shirt), wanted to wear his boots (because it's raining today) and his 'captain' hat so his hair doesn't get wet. That's how he came out of his room...so that's how we went to the studio. Of course I had to bribe him with a gumball and 5 minutes into it he asked if we were done. I think it was worth his time...to have a blue gumball in the end. Here's a few:

Christine & Richard's Callaway Wedding

Simply breathtaking. Callaway Gardens plus Christine plus Richard plus Christines' fabulous and classy eye for detail was amazing. Christine (by trade) is an accountant. I seriously think she needs to 'do' weddings on the side. She did NOT miss one detail and I'm so glad I was there to capture it all.

Anik Designs...

Anik Kueller from Anik Designs is my new best floral friend. I can't WAIT to work with her next weekend at Callaway Gardens. We have Christine & Richard's wedding there and I know it's going to be just stunning! We collaborated on a project together this past weekend and here are some shots of her bouquet/work. You can check out more of her work at www.anikdesigns.com.

Sweet Little Sara...

Sara is just a sweet little 1st grade teacher. She is really such a great person to be around. I look at these pictures and think, 'This sassy kitten isn't Sara!' But she sure can put on her 'model' face! Do you believe she deals with 6 and 7-year-olds every day? I should have taken a 'before' picture of her.
Here's a few for now...

Windyoak Lane...

I did enjoy the bit of snow yesterday but I'm truly, really, a beach bum. I was looking through old images to pull up some nature shots ( and I'm by no means a nature photographer) and I found our little blow-up pool pictures from our old house. This really made me miss Windyoak Lane. You would have thought we had a spa resort in our driveway. It didn't matter we were all too lazy to take the kids to the clubhouse pool in the subdivision that was much bigger. They loved this little pool and the easy access to the freezer and the popsicles. It's so funny how things can change so fast.

This is a pic of Isabelle and her daddy:

It snowed!

And it was just beautiful...
